What you'll do
Responsibilities
Own content quality across all audiences and delivery formats
Establish measurable quality standards the team can execute independently Unique
Design engaging, interactive learning experiences beyond templated courseware Unique
Manage production workflows aligned with product release cycles
Define frameworks for AI-assisted content creation while maintaining excellence
Lead and develop content strategists and media designers
Establish measurement systems to validate learning effectiveness
Expand reach through localization and new audience segments Unique
Experience
Genuine taste in content and proven leadership of content/curriculum teams at scale Unique
Experience leading cross-functional production systems
Proficiency across written, video, and interactive formats
Ability to read and teach technical code Unique
Measurement rigor and hands-on Claude usage Unique
Comfort with rapid content iteration and strong writing/editing skills
Preferred: teaching advanced AI/ML topics, building AI-assisted creative workflows, designing adaptive learning systems
