Compound Planning is a high-growth digital family office leveraging a strong content engine to drive growth. We seek a senior Content Lead to own strategy, production, agencies, and distribution, enabling the Head of Marketing to scale experiments and channels toward profitability.

You will manage long-form narratives, publish across formats, and push editorial boundaries while maintaining high-quality output with minimal oversight.
