Job description
RoslinCT seeks a Head of Continuous Improvement and Performance Optimization to translate strategy into measurable results across manufacturing and services. You will lead cross-functional DMAIC projects, partner with senior leaders to align initiatives with business goals, and drive a culture of sustainable improvement.
You will develop metrics, coach leaders, and scale continuous improvement practices like Gemba walks and standard work to improve efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.
