Job description
Mammoth Fieldhouse in Marion, IL is seeking a Director of Sales to own events, groups and memberships revenue. You will build the pipeline, craft packages, set pricing, and hire two Event Sales Managers while closing key accounts personally.
You will lead the sales process end-to-end, align with operations, and protect the guest experience. Prerequisites include 5+ years in hospitality or events sales and a proven revenue track record.
