Job description
Paychex, a leading payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory service provider, seeks a senior strategy executive to shape and communicate key initiatives on behalf of the Leadership Team. Based in Rochester, NY, you will manage the corporate strategic planning process and align the broader enterprise around the company strategy.
You will analyze market trends, develop expansion plans, coordinate with product and finance, recruit and develop staff, and oversee budgeting to drive revenue growth and ROI.
