Job description
Summit, a division of Elior North America, is seeking a motivated food service director to lead the correctional dining program at Buffalo County Jail in Kearney, NE. This non-exempt, hourly role requires strong leadership, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, and a commitment to client and inmate satisfaction.
