Job description
Neon Rose is seeking a Director of Talent Management to lead a team of Talent Managers, elevating negotiation, strategy, and roster growth. You will also manage a select group of high-value creators and influence company-wide hiring, processes, and strategy.
You will sit on the leadership team and shape how Neon Rose grows, with a hands-on approach to the work and a focus on developing talent and scaling partnerships across the roster.
