Job description
Loophq is seeking a Head of Customer Education to lead the establishment of educational resources for its products. The role includes creating videos, guides, and certifications while working cross-functionally with teams. Ideal candidates will have 6-10 years of experience in customer education within SaaS or similar fields and a strong ability to design learning outcomes that drive customer success. Salary is between $100,000 and $125,000 per year.
