Job description
MasterBrand, Inc. seeks a Director to shape and lead customer education and development, strengthening dealer relationships and driving growth. You will design training for dealers and sales teams, build scalable programs, and align with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to enable peak performance.
You will own budgets, evaluate ROI, and lead a multidisciplinary team focused on improving the customer experience, retention, and profitability across brands.
