Job description
800flowerscareers is seeking an experienced Director, Customer Journey & Audience Design to transform our marketing into an audience-first growth engine. You will lead audience strategy and journey design across paid and owned channels, grounding decisions in data and behavioral insights to drive engagement and loyalty.
You will partner with Analytics, CRM, and marketing strategy teams, govern audiences across campaigns, and enable an agile, insight-driven marketing organization.
