Job description
Intalex is seeking a Head of Customer Success & Account Management in Mountain View, CA (Hybrid) to own retention, expansion, and the post-sales lifecycle. You will build the CS & AM function from the ground up, leading a high-impact team for enterprise customers and mid-market accounts.
As the first dedicated CS & AM leader, you will shape processes, scale the post-sales organization, and drive strong customer outcomes in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.
