Job description
Enterprise Engineering Inc. (EEI) in NYC, NY seeks a meticulous, driven Head of Implementation and Customer Success to lead end-to-end customer delivery within our Managed Services platform. You will report to the COO and build processes to ensure premier customer care and success metrics.
You will guide an experienced team in a startup-like environment, driving revenue, retention, and value realization while aligning with product roadmaps and security and data analytics requirements.
