Job description
Portless is seeking a Director (Head) of Customer Success Management to own post-launch merchant relationships and lead a high-impact team. You will drive GRR/NRR, establish coverage models, and design lifecycle processes across Enterprise, Strategic, and Growth segments.
You will oversee onboarding, lifecycle management, and an AI-powered CS operations program, delivering measurable merchant value through quarterly business reviews, risk management, and expansion plays.
