A leader in customs solutions is seeking a mid-senior level Talent Acquisition Supervisor in El Paso, TX. This full-time role involves overseeing customs brokerage operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing customer service activities. The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong bilingual communication skills, and expertise in Customs Brokerage operations. This position offers an opportunity to work independently in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing P&L for customs brokerage services and be proficient with MS applications.
