Job description
Chiesi USA is seeking a leader to establish and run DAM and Claims Library governance for US Rare. You will create tagging and lifecycle standards, train users, and drive efficient reuse across programs.
This founding role will set the model for scale and future expansion across brands globally. The position is hybrid in Boston, with up to 10% travel; you will collaborate with brand teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure metadata completeness and high-quality assets.
