Job description
Think of Us in Washington, DC, seeks a Director of Data & AI to lead the data function end to end, combining hands-on work with building scalable systems.
You will manage a small team (Data Engineer and Senior Applied Data Scientist), shape data strategy, governance, and AI evaluation frameworks, and collaborate with product, policy, and program leaders to turn lived-experience data into actionable insights.
Hybrid role, minimum 3 days in the office.
