Job description
StarCompliance is seeking a hands-on technical Data & AI leader to own our AI strategy and build a high-performing team in a heavily regulated environment. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and executives to co-own the AI roadmap and drive delivery outcomes.
You will lead data governance, MLOps, and scalable AI systems, collaborating with the CTO and Product Director to align AI initiatives with business goals.
