Journal Technologies—Head of Operations, Defender—seeks a dynamic leader to steer the Defender BU. You will define strategy, drive growth, and oversee Product, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Growth teams to deliver value.
You will partner with executive leadership to improve operational performance, profitability, and customer outcomes across cross-functional programs, including services, delivery, and customer engagement.
