Job description
Arc seeks a Director of Defense to build and lead Arc's Defense organization from the ground up at our Los Angeles headquarters. You will define the strategy, recruit the team, and manage external relationships with the DoD and allied partners to win programs.
You'll shape a multi-year roadmap, establish forecasting discipline, and translate warfighter needs into the product roadmap while aligning with engineering, product, and operations.
