Job description
Flow is seeking a results-driven post-sales leader to own deployments, renewals, and the scaling of a high-impact solutions engineering team. You’ll manage a diverse customer portfolio across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise, deploying Flow around each customer’s programs and driving organizational change to maximize value.
The role starts hands-on with a small team, then shifts toward leadership as the forward-deployed team expands to 10+ people in 12 months, shaping the renewal and deployment
