Job description
Climate First Bank in Florida seeks an experienced Director of Deposit Operations & Treasury Management to own and lead Deposit Operations and Treasury Management Services. This role partners with senior leadership to support growth, risk management, customer experience, and efficiency.
The candidate will oversee daily back-office operations, including deposits onboarding, wires, ACH, core processing, and related functions, while directing the Treasury Management team in commercial operations.
