Citi's Digital & Client Experience (DCX) team seeks a Head of Channels & Platforms in New York to own the product strategy and delivery for Dashboards, Communications Digital Platforms, and Authentication across Citi's consumer channel experiences.
This senior leader will drive platform modernization, ensure channel availability and security, and establish metrics like Good Login Rate and Biometric Adoption while collaborating with Technology, Cyber, Fraud, Marketing, and LOB teams.
