Job description
Avis Budget Group is seeking an experienced Experience Manager to own the Avis First digital customer journey from reservation to return. You will drive enhancements across booking, pre-arrival, pickup, in-rental, and return, ensuring a premium brand experience.
You will optimize biometric enrollment, manage chat and concierge tools, and partner with Marketing and IT to deliver improvements. A strong communications skill set is essential.
