Job description
Nood is seeking a Head of Digital to own the DTC growth engine across revenue, margin, and strategic levers. You will direct paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and lifecycle programs while leading a small team and coordinating agencies and contractors.
You will build an operating system for repeatable growth, set cadence for weekly scorecards and monthly forecasts, and own the end-to-end performance across channels and experiences.
