About the Role
Own growth for the creator side of a consumer gaming marketplace, from a creators first visit through publishing their first game. You will build the creator growth function as a hands-on individual contributor, working across product, engineering, design, and data.
Identify high-impact opportunities across creator acquisition and activation, then ship experiments that improve key metrics.
Build mockups and prototypes to test ideas quickly, partnering with front-end engineers to take successful concepts into production.
Engage with creators in an online community, gather feedback, and use it to guide product iterations.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data partners to shape the roadmap and develop the growth function.
2 to 4 years of experience as a product manager or growth product manager for a consumer product.
~ A hands-on individual contributor with experience prototyping or building, such as using Python, scripts, side projects, or AI-assisted prototyping tools.
~ Strong data analytics skills, including experience with SQL, product analytics tools, and A/B testing.
~ Technical product management experience and strong computer science fundamentals or equivalent technical background.
~ Experience with creators, user-generated content, games, marketplaces, or other two-sided platforms is helpful.
On-site in Los Altos, California, four days per week.
