Job description
Hermeus seeks a Director of Digital Transformation to lead the strategy and evolution of digital platforms across engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise operations. You will own core systems—PLM, ERP, MES, data/BI—driving integrated digital thread, data ownership, and end-to-end information flows.
The role requires strong enterprise-system expertise, leadership of cross-functional teams, and a track record of delivering scalable processes and measurable outcomes in a high-growth environment.
