Job description
GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. seeks a Head of Business Development, Discovery to grow the U.S. Discovery services business. You will lead a small BD team, shape the commercial strategy, and drive revenue through key academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical customers.
You will collaborate with scientific, technical, and marketing groups to craft customer solutions and expand into downstream CDMO services, while managing pipeline and representing the company at events.
