LAKE is seeking a Head of eCommerce to own the digital flagship, drive growth, and deliver revenue, conversion, and engagement goals across LAKE.com. You will build and lead a high-performing team, shape the roadmap, and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience with Retail and Operations.
The role requires a long track record in DTC, hands-on product thinking, and a passion for premium brand hospitality.
