Job description
Superpower is seeking a commercially minded leader to own the customer journey from first click to membership. As Head of Ecom & Lifecycle, you will shape strategy while shipping experiments across website, offers, quizzes, and personalized experiences to optimize conversions and retention.
You’ll drive an end-to-end funnel, coordinate with Growth, Product, Brand and Creative teams, and lead a CRO roadmap with rigorous measurement and learning.
