Job description
This on-site role leads Employee Technology & Digital Workplace at Regeneron, directing Service Desk, ITSM, and lifecycle tech. You will shape strategy, governance, and operating models to modernize employee technology into a consumer-grade digital experience.
Based at Sleepy Hollow, NY or Warren, NJ, the Executive Director will drive AI-enabled support, onboarding/offboarding automation, and global deskside operations, reporting to senior IT leadership.
