Job description
Spire Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Director of Employment & Labor Compliance to lead the company’s strategy for employment law compliance across all managed hotels. This onsite role in the DFW market ensures adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws, minimizing risk and building scalable programs.
The leader partners with HR, Legal, Operations, and General Managers to embed compliant practices in hiring, scheduling, pay, leave, safety, and workplace conduct.
