Job description
BAM AI in Houston, TX, is seeking a hands-on Head of Engineering to transform a live, multi-tenant healthcare platform into a reliable, secure, scalable product and engineering organization. You will own architecture, delivery, security, operations, and the team that builds and runs the platform.
You will also act as a product-minded builder: identify real user problems, shape what should be built, and own the experience from concept to production with human-review gates and strong quality
