The Opportunity
As Head of Engineering, you'll define the technology vision, scale a world-class engineering organisation, and help build the next generation of products that power the company's continued growth.
You'll partner directly with the executive team to drive innovation, accelerate delivery, and ensure the business remains at the forefront of technology and AI adoption.
What You'll Lead
Engineering, Platform, DevOps, Security and Data functions
A high-performing team of ~35 engineers with the opportunity to scale and evolve the organisation
Technology strategy, architecture, and engineering excellence across the business
AI initiatives that enhance both internal operations and customer-facing products
Hiring, leadership development, and engineering culture
Cross-functional collaboration across Product, Data, Operations and Executive Leadership
Who You Are
A proven technology leader with experience scaling engineering teams in high-growth environments
Passionate about building exceptional teams, products, and cultures
Comfortable leading organisational transformation and driving technical excellence
Commercially minded with the ability to align technology decisions to business outcomes
Excited by the potential of AI and emerging technologies
