Job description
LeafLink is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead our entire engineering organization in New York. You will own the technical vision, architecture, and health of every engineering function, reporting directly to executive leadership and partnering with Product.
As Head of Engineering, you will build and scale high-performing teams, set standards for planning and delivery, and shape the operating model of a growing, cloud-native organization leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, and modern tooling.
