Job description
AlertMedia is seeking an experienced leader to manage a team of Enterprise Customer Account Directors, driving expansion revenue and high customer retention across our largest strategic accounts.
You will coach executives through Executive Business Reviews, align solutions with clients' strategic priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver growth, renewals, and exceptional customer outcomes. This role is hybrid in Austin with some travel.
