The Head of Enterprise AI Applications will define and execute the strategic vision for AI-powered solutions across key business functions, including Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, and Marketing. This hands-on leadership role bridges the gap between cutting-edge artificial intelligence and practical business outcomes, driving the design, deployment, and scaling of production-grade agentic AI applications.Operating onsite in Santa Clara, CA, this leader will build and guide a high-performing technical team while collaborating closely with cross-functional business leaders and IT partners. By establishing robust AI governance, selecting optimal foundation models, and championing organizational adoption, this role will transform workflows and establish AI as a trusted, everyday capability.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for AI-powered solutions aligned with business priorities.
Design, develop, and deploy production-grade agentic AI applications that automate workflows across Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, and Marketing.
Lead change management, training, and enablement initiatives to drive and measure company-wide AI adoption.
Architect end-to-end solutions, selecting appropriate LLMs and integrating them with core systems like CRM, ERP, and databases.
Establish rigorous evaluation, testing, and monitoring practices for model performance, accuracy, latency, and cost.
Make build-versus-buy decisions across foundation models, fine-tuning, RAG, agents, and orchestration tools.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technical team of AI engineers and developers.
Establish an enterprise AI governance framework, including safety, privacy, bias, and compliance guardrails.
Requirements
10+ years of professional experience in software engineering or technology leadership, with at least 5 years building software or AI solutions, 4+ years in AI/ML, and 2+ years leading applied-AI teams.
C2 English level or higher.
Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade agentic AI solutions for enterprise business functions (such as Sales, Finance, Operations, or HR).
Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, including M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent builder to deploy organizational agents.
Demonstrated success driving AI adoption, change management, and measurable enablement across an enterprise.
Experience architecting full-stack AI solutions, including LLM selection, RAG, fine-tuning, and integration with core systems (CRM, ERP, and data platforms).
Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to guide technical teams on architecture, integrations, and trade-offs.
Experience establishing enterprise AI governance frameworks, policies, and operating models (such as an AI council or center of excellence).
Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Santa Clara, CA.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Enterprise Architecture, Systems Integration.
