Job description
BMO Financial Group seeks a seasoned Director to own the core Enterprise AI Platform Engineering, governing the platform that enforces how AI workloads run across domains. You will lead a hands-on, build-and-run team delivering an AI Gateway, policy engine, and federated AI registry with strong observability and regulatory defensibility.
