Job description
The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is seeking a Senior Observability Architect to define and execute the enterprise observability vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap across infrastructure, cloud, and applications in the United States.
You will lead standards for monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, and telemetry; drive proactive capabilities, AIOps, and cost optimization while building a high‑performing team of observability engineers.
