Job description
Nextpower LLC seeks a Director of Enterprise Resilience & Crisis Management to establish the company-wide resilience framework, govern standards, and coordinate crisis response across functions. You will lead a small team initially and report to senior executives, ensuring readiness for major disruptions.
You will partner with manufacturing, supply chain, IT, and operations leaders to embed resilience in changes and acquisitions, accelerating recovery and reducing business impact.
