Job description
Honor is seeking a Director of Safety & Risk Engineering to provide executive leadership for mandatory safety standards and loss prevention across all Honor companies. This role focuses on reducing incident frequency and severity, strengthening operational discipline, and supporting the financial performance of the captive insurance program.
The position requires 10+ years in heavy civil or industrial construction leadership and experience leading safety at an enterprise level.
