Adobe seeks a Director, Americas Enterprise Sales Operations to partner with sales leadership and drive go-to-market excellence across the Americas. This role will design rhythms, forecasting rigor, territory and capacity models, and rely on data-driven decisions to scale enterprise growth.
The candidate will lead a high-performing sales operations team, deliver executive-level reviews, and advance productivity initiatives spanning bookings, pipeline, and ecosystem alignment.
