Rodizio Grill - The Brazilian Steakhouse in Sandy, UT is seeking an owner of corporate event sales to coordinate a high-velocity, end-to-end process across locations. This player-coach role combines leadership with hands-on oversight of one location's event book.
You will design the operating system, SOPs, CRM workflows, dashboards, and outbound strategy, ensuring consistent standards, forecast reliability, and scalable growth.
