Job description

Ciklum is seeking a Head of Experience to lead product discovery and delivery across UK, US and Western Europe from Poland. You will oversee Product Management, Product Design, Business Analysis and User Research teams totaling 100+ people, reporting to the VP of Product, and shape the strategic direction, client relationships and growth initiatives.
