Job description
Regeneron seeks a Senior Director of Facilities Maintenance to lead equipment maintenance and calibration across manufacturing, lab, and warehouse operations at the East Greenbush site. You will ensure systems remain validated, compliant, and operational to support drug product filling, inspection, device assembly, packaging, and related processes.
You will drive reliability-centered maintenance, develop KPIs, and oversee a high-performing team while partnering with cross-functional leadership
