Job description
The Springs of Hillcrest is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance team and ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming facility. You will be responsible for routine upkeep, minor repairs, and coordinating preventive maintenance to support a high-quality environment.
The role requires hands-on expertise with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, plus strong communication and teamwork to keep operations running smoothly.
