JOB ANNOUNCEMENT:
Facilities Manager
Location: Salamanca and Oil Spring (Cuba), NY
Department: Facilities | Status: Exempt
Rate of Pay: $25.30/hour
Position Summary
Seneca Gaming & Entertainment is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, operation, and long-term planning of our Class II Gaming facilities. This leadership role is responsible for facility maintenance programs, capital projects, budgeting, team supervision, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage facility maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs.
Oversee building, grounds, utility, and equipment operations.
Coordinate renovations, construction projects, and contractor activities.
Develop budgets, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Supervise, train, and evaluate Facilities Department staff.
Promote a safe environment and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five (5) years of facilities, construction, maintenance, or related management experience.
Working knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and building systems.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Supervisory and/or engineering experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Seneca Nation Key Gaming License.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Must be available to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Travel between locations may be required.
