Alpha is hiring for a Director Of Family And Community Engagement in an on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will own family relationships, partner with Guides, and steer conversations through difficult decisions to protect Alpha's educational model.
Responsibilities include leading parent-facing engagement, building campus communities, and ensuring retention and growth aligned with campus phase.
