Job description
Alpha is hiring for a Director Of Family And Community Engagement to own the family relationships on campus, partner with Guides, and uphold Alpha's unconventional educational model. You will lead difficult conversations, protect authority, and drive trust with families across the campus lifecycle.
You will guide growth and retention during launch or mature phases, work with AI-powered education tools, and build community partnerships to sustain enrollment and advocacy.
