Job description
Alpha School, on-site in San Francisco or San Rafael, California, seeks a Director of Family and Community Engagement. It is a W-2, $250,000/year role with relocation assistance. You will own family trust, partner with Guides, and lead difficult conversations to protect Alpha's educational model.
Growth depends on campus phase; at launch you build demand and guide enrollment, while at mature campuses you focus on retention, referrals, and community depth.
