Job description
Alpha is hiring a Director of Family Engagement to lead the parent-facing side of a campus leadership partnership with Guides. You will own the trust and advocacy of every current family, handle tough conversations with clear, reasoned decisions, and protect the coaching relationship between families and Guides.
As campuses grow or mature, you’ll drive local growth, retention, and community life, relocating if needed and coordinating with admissions.
